Une annonce complémentaire y est attendue cette semaine sur le 1DMKIII:

"Just got off the phone with Canon Canada.

They confirmed with me my serial #, e-mail address etc.


He said they are going to make another announcement about the Mark III fix very shortly. He indicated that this will occur this week, no later.

Note this announcement is of course an addendum to the already announced sub-mirror fix.

I queried him on it, but he was not able to tell me if it is a firmware update as rumored.

This in combination with Rob G. test results this week will make it an interesting few days to come.

Just thought people would like to know."
