Comme beaucoup d'entre vous j'ai reçu ce message de Flick proposant une réduction de 25% du montant de l'abonnement "pro" qui semble avoir du mal à décoller auprès des utilisateurs nonobstant ce qu'affirme les gestionnaires.

C'est également mon avis. Actuellement c'est trop cher. L'idéal serait d'avoir la possibilité de deposer jusqu'à 4 000 images pour un abonnement de 20 euros.

Vers 2012, l'abonnement annuel était à $24.95, j'ai retrouvé mes commandes. J'étais resté abonné plusieurs années.
Ils pourraient proposer un compte limité à 500Go ou 1To de photos en jpg uniquement, pour ce prix là.

Vu les flux de pub qu'un tel site pourrait générer point n'est besoin de facturer aux usagers.

J'ai l'abonnement pro à 50$/an, c'est pas donné mais au moins je suis tranquille, je me pose pas de questions quand j'ai des photos, pas besoin de faire une sélection hyper stricte, résultat des courses j'ai plus de 4000 photos dessus, triées par sortie (concert du ..., balade zozio du ...) et par type (albums zozio, album macro ...).
Par contre je limite souvent la taille, déjà parce que jusqu'à récemment, l'upload était lent, donc balancer 100 photos énormes pouvait prendre des plombes. Aussi pour ne pas me faire voler des photos trop facilement, en général je propose aux concernés (ex : le groupe que j'ai pris en photo en concert) les versions HD s'ils sont intéressés. Une petite résolution pourra être utilisée dans un mag en pas trop gros, pas en grand format. avec en bonus mon nom dans un coin pas trop visible, s'ils veulent le couper ça limitera encore la taille de la photo.
J'ai pas mal hésité à chercher d'autres formules moins chères, mais juste chiant à mettre en oeuvre, entre le transfert des photos pas forcément pratique, et si je devais le faire à partir des photos d'origine, ça me prendrait des plombes, vu que côté disque dur, j'ai juste trié par date, pas profité du catalogage Lightroom pour l'instant, ça fait pas longtemps que je connais cette possibilité (et vu le prix de Lightroom & co, je me tâte aussi pour changer d'outil).

Pour revenir au sujet de base, il y a tellement de solutions pour les pros et moins pros maintenant, que Flickr a pas mal de concurrents. Autour de moi, j'en vois pas mal sur les autres type instagram, et certains se créent même des sites photos personnalisés. Il y a eu une période pour 500px, je ne sais pas trop si ça marche encore.
