Points forts :

- excellent piqué au centre et sur les bords
- aberrations chromatiques très faibles
- vignetage très faible
- échelle de profondeur de champ
- bagues onctueuses
- précision du point
- bague de diaphragme décrantable
- protection contre les intempéries
- pas de flare
- faible distorsion
- bokeh très onctueux
- excellent prix.

Points faibles :

- certains peuvent ne pas s'accommoder de la mise au point manuelle
- pas de couplage électrique.

The Samyang MF 85mm f/1.4 MK2 is a superb performer at a superb price level.

There is much to like about any 85mm f/1.4 lens and the new Samyang ticks almost all of the boxes. The only caveat is for those who might prefer an AF lens, and then Samyang have an offering for just a couple of hundred pounds more should it be preferred.

However, the new Samyang MF 85mm f/1.4 MK2 lens also delivers a splendid overall performance and it is basically just a lovely lens. On the basis of its performance, its ease of use and its very modest price tag it has to be an Editor's Choice.

J'ai cet objectif en monture Olympus, il est vraiment très bien ,mieux que .. C'est pas facile car en 85mm le choix est limité.
Je cherche une combine pour le monter en monture L , les quelques essais réalisés avec les moyens du bird sont plus que acceptables
