Je viens de voir la vidéo, put%^? mais c'est pas possible, mettre 10 plombes et affiché 600 euros pour un zoom qui fait des distorsions comme un fish eye, 0 pointé sony...

J'ai vu cet objectif en vitrine et il m'a fait de l'oeil. immédiatement
... notamment pour son ouverture constante.
Quelqu'un l'a t'il acheté ou eu entre les mains? 

testé et renvoyé:
vraiment pas terrible en grand angle, surtout à 18 dans les coins, et quel que  soit le diaph. Par contre il est assez homogène à partir de 25mm et jusqu'au bout du range. Franchement volumineux en plus
Depuis, j'ai adopté le 16-70 et pas grand chose à redire hormis le tarif.
Il vaut mieux fermer de 2 diaphs pour en tirer le meilleur malgré tout

"Vous l'aurez compris, j'adore cet objectif. Un tel range, une ouverture constante et une stabilisation qui fait des merveilles, cet objectif est un rêve pour tous les possesseurs de capteurs APS-C. Pour ma part c'est l'objectif de voyage idéal, bien meilleur qu'un 18-200 par exemple. Il peut paraître imposant de prime abord mais comme l'encombrement reste constant il est finalement assez agréable d'utilisation et procure un réel sentiment d'objectif haut de gamme lorsque vous l'avez entre les mains.

Avec l'arrivée du futur Sony Alpha 6000, ce combo sera vraiment parfait, et en vidéo avec une Sony NEX VG30, cet objectif est avantage certain.
En tout cas de mon côté je vous le recommande vivement."

"The Sony E PZ 18-105mm f/4G OSS is a versatile lens that's particularly well-suited to video work due to the broad focal range, quiet focusing and the power zoom function. It's too big and heavy for comfortable use on some of the smaller Sony camera bodies, though, like the A5100 that we tested it with, being better suited to the A6000 or similarly-sized model.

In terms of sharpness, the Sony E PZ 18-105mm f/4G OSS is a solid performer. In the central areas of the frame, the lens delivers good to very good sharpness throughout its entire zoom range. The border areas are admittedly more problematic, requiring you to stop down to f/8 to get acceptable results, but you'll have to make a fairly big print – certainly beyond A4 size – to start noticing the deficiencies. In other areas, the lens exhibits more problems: corner shading in particular is pretty bad, and distortion is high at the 18mm setting (though you have to shoot raw with the A5100 to actually see this, as the JPEG engine of that camera does a splendid job of eliminating the issue). Some chromatic aberration is also visible but in this respect, the Sony E PZ 18-105mm f/4G OSS is no worse than a typical kit zoom. The lens' close-up performance is better than advertised, even though it is certainly not a macro lens.

The main strength of the Sony E PZ 18-105mm f/4G OSS lens lies in its 6x focal range, constant f/4 aperture, better-than-expected sharpness, and quiet operation. As a cheaper and almost as capable alternative to the excellent Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar T E 16-70mm f/4 ZA OSS, the Sony E PZ 18-105mm f/4G OSS certainly fits the bill."

Le truc qui me gêne grave c'est la bague électrique du zoom. D'une part c'est une source de panne dans le temps et d'autre part ça consomme ! A voir le nombre de batterie que j'étais obligé de me trimballer avant d'avoir le grip du NEX7, ça ne s'arrangerait pas forcément.

Dupont de Nemours a refusé l'idée de Mr Gore de faire du tissu à partir de téflon, il le fera seul (en fait avec son fils) sous sa marque : Gore-Tex.

en relisant ce fil, un peu de HS; de mémoire ce tissu est issu de la chirurgie cardiaque, ensuite il a envahi l'habillement de sport, surtout en montagne au début,
ma fille a un petit bout de ce tissu dans la cloison interventriculaire (elle a été opérée à 6 ans), mademoiselle a maintenant 20 ans et tout va très bien, merci à tous ceux qui ont permis cete opération

Nouveauté apportée : "Possibilité de définir le sens de rotation de la bague de zoom (sens des aiguilles d'une montre ou sens contraire des aiguilles d'une montre pour zoomer) via un menu."

Pour le moment, cette fonction n'est disponible qu'avec les Sony Alpha 7 II, 7S, 7S II et 7R II ainsi qu'avec les caméras vidéo et caméscopes en monture E PXW-FS7, PXW-FS5, NEX-FS700 et NEX-FS700R.

The Sony E 18-105mm f/4 G OSS may not be the most stellar performer around but it is the go-to standard zoom lens for Sony APS-C mirrorless cameras. The resolution characteristic varies a bit but it is actually good where it counts. Thus you can achieve pretty sharp results across the image field at 18mm - when stopping down a little - and at 35mm. At the long end the image corners are soft but then how often do you require sharp corners at this setting ? Most of the time your image subject will be in or close to the image center and the lens is darn sharp there. Lateral CAs are noticeable at 18mm and 105mm. The vignetting characteristic is about average so it's nothing to write home about at f/4 but it's Ok when stopping down. Far from being average are the very odd image distortions. In terms of distortion spread (max-min), the lens is actually not that extreme (5%) but in absolute terms the pincushion distortions are unacceptable in the 35-105mm range really. The message behind all this is that you should enable image auto-correction either in the camera or in your favorite RAW converter. This comes at cost of image quality but the end result is much more pleasing. The quality of the bokeh is better than usual - especially in terms of general blur - but out-of-focus highlights can be a little rough.

A positive aspect of the lens is build quality. Sony managed to design a constant physical length despite the very broad zoom range. That's quite an achievement actually. The metal finish as well as the smooth focus & zoom rings contribute to the high quality perception. Weather sealing is not part of the feature list though. The Sony E 18-105mm f/4 G OSS is optimized for movies meaning that the zoom mechanism is motorized. The zoom and also focus rings are therefore driving internal motors. However, we haven't found any real issue during our still photography sessions although the slightly delayed zoom action may be something to get used to in the beginning. The pretty fast & silent AF and the optical image stabilizer complete the good impressions.

The broad zoom range is highly useful for applications such as travel photography. It's also a natural mate to the Sony E 10-18mm f/4 OSS. And unlike Sony's full format lenses, the Sony E 18-105mm f/4 G OSS is also surprisingly affordable (600US$/500EUR). So all in all we haven't seen greatness in this lens but it is an attractive package nonetheless.

à quand un apn avec gore-tex, par exemple pour améliorer le refroidissement du capteur par un morceau de cloison étanche à la pluie et aux poussières mais pas à l'air ? 

Hélas, on n'a pas encore inventé la diode à courant d'air. Le Gore-tex n'est pas plus étanche à l'air qu'un autre matériau poreux. Il se contente d'être imperméable, tout en étant capable d'évacuer l'humidité par capillarité. Pour refroidir ton capteur, la solution existe depuis des lustres, ça s'appelle un "heat Pipe".
