L'Oprema Jena Biotar 75-C est f/1,5 et T/2 : la perte lumineuse par absorption et réflexions est bien supérieure à ce qu'on constate sur les formules optiques modernes.

L'objectif porte la mention "Made in Germany" donc ce n'est pas Kenko-Tokina qui le fabriquera.

Ça y est, l'Oprema Jena Biotar 75-C a fait son apparition sur Indiegogo. De fait, il a été ajouté à la campagne en cours concernant le Biotar 58 mm f/2.

Il y est proposé à 2.799 USD, une remise de 44% par rapport aux 4.999 USD de prix public indicatif supposé, pour une livraison en septembre 2018. La seule monture proposée est la monture (Arri) PL.

Je voulais savoir si les qualités  optiques du 50mm f0.95 meyer optik sont à la hauteur de son prix. Y a t'il des tests comparatifs avec d'autres 50mm ?

net SE n'ayant pas réussi à se mettre d'accord avec Kenko Tokina, les Oprema Jena Biotar seront finalement fabriqués en Allemagne.

L'apparence extérieure a été un peu revue. Ci-dessous la version en monture Canon EF de l'Oprema Jena Biotar 75 mm f/1,5 et celle en monture Fujifilm, nécessairement plus longue pour rattraper la différence de tirage.

Neuf mois après le lancement de la campagne Kickstarter et alors que les livraisons étaient supposées intervenir le mois prochain, tout ne semble pas aller pour le mieux dans le meilleur des mondes possibles :

the first components did arrive. Unfortunately, we found that some components did not meet our quality requirements especially in regard to the tight specifications for lenses and some high precision mechanical components. These have to be reworked in the coming weeks. It is hard to say to what extent this will influence delivery times but it will certainly lead to a delay in comparison to the promised date. As soon as we can estimate better we will let you know. Probably we have a new timetable until the end of this month which we will share.

On attend toujours le point promis pour fin mai mais voici maintenant celui de début juillet : au moins trois mois de retard (et même plus si on considère qu'ils sont toujours en train de discuter avec de possibles fournisseurs).

The Biotar 75 is coming along fine but things are going on a bit slower than we expected. At first we realized that the cooperation between Germany and Japan was too complicated and decided to do everything in Germany. So Tokina is not involved any longer and not responsible for any delay. But we think that a 100% Made in Germany Biotar lens also has its advantages. Currently we are discussing our demands and requirements with our suppliers. Delivery time in the light of our tough requirements is the key issue and this narrows down our possibilities. Realistically speaking we must add 3 month to our expected delivery date.

Curieusement, les relations publiques d'Oprema Optik communiquent sur un très grave accident de la route qui aurait frappé Stefan Immes, le patron du groupe net SE, à peu près au même moment :

Dear friends,

we have a rather sad message for you today. A few weeks ago, our founder, CEO and main investor Stefan Immes had a serious traffic accident, which he barely survived. Although we have been able to talk to him and although, for a very short time of the day he has become the astute, humorous and positive entrepreneur we know, it is now clear that due to the severity of the injuries he will not be able to continue running the company in the foreseeable future.

For a company of 15 employees only, this entails a large number of changes. Currently, we are in the process of reorganization and are trying to establish a working system as no successor regulation can yet be found for the Net SE Group. For this reason, we are currently undergoing a restructuring process with an as yet unknown outcome for the individual divisions.

Especially as far as Crowdfunding is concerned, we think that we will need until the end of October to be able to share our conclusions on how to proceed. One of the top priorities of the Oprema Crowdfunding team is, of course, to deliver the orders we receive as promised. However, we ask for your understanding that, for legal reasons alone, we cannot make any faster decisions without having reorganized the company. For technical questions, our support team is of course still available, but we can only make limited forecasts about the development progress of our projects.

We are honestly touched and the shock still sits deep. We are also extremely sorry that we are not able to spread better and more positive news at the moment, but we are working very hard to change this at short notice.
