Selon Release Note:
Vectorscope Orientation Color-Wheels
Colorists familiar with the "Vectorscope" layout orientation of the color-wheels can now
change orientation in the preferences to match that of their other application workflows,
leveraging muscle memory on the Tangent control surfaces.
J'ai trouvé des explications sur Vectorscope, mais c'est à chaque fois spécifique à un logiciel, plus particulièrement en vidéo.

Dans le lien que vous donnez il me semble que c'est expliqué ??? où alors ma mémoire me fait défaut (c'est plus que possible)
L'affichage en "Vectorscope" correspond a un affichage que les utilisateurs de logiciels videos ont l'habitude de voir !
C'est un déplacement de "l'axe de la roue" c'est juste pour que les "videastes" retrouvent leur petit ;)
