Peut-être, mais c'est quand moins dangereux que le CODID-19 
En plus on trouve des vidéos sur Internet qui montrent que cela fonctionne (Nikon Z + objectif Sony et objectif Tamron), donc je ne vois pas où est le problème d'aller dans un magasin avec son Nikon Z + une bague Techart-TZE-01 et demander à essayer le Tamron 70-180 f/2.8. Après, si ça fonctionne suffisamment bien pour ce que l'on veut en faire, j'achète, sinon j'attends Tamron le sorte pour Nikon Z (1 an, 2 ans ?). C'est ma façon de voir les choses, je peux me tromper bien sûr, je serai fixé d'ici cet été ou à l'automne si ce Tamron a été livré dans les magasins d'ici là.
Franchement, comme dit plus haut, je ne vois pas où est le risque, car si j'ai bien compris, un des avantages des appareils photo sans miroirs, c'est de pouvoir y mettre un bague intermédiaire pour utiliser des objectifs d'une autre marque que celle de l'appareil. En plus, ici je trouve que ça tombe bien car cette bague Techart ne fait que 2 mm d'épaisseur, on peut la laisser à demeure sur l'objectif.

Sony avait essayé le gris aussi comme couleur (pour se démarquer ?), esthétiquement c'était (amha) pas terrible  d'ailleurs ils ont vite abandonné,
mais il se trouve que pas mal d'objectifs sont noirs et utilisables sous le soleil: Fuji, Leica, Nikon, Olympus, Panasonic, Pentax, Samyang, Sigma, Tamron, Tokina, … ; là aussi l'argument lens-coat peut s'appliquer

• Avec un Alpha 7 II, lorsque la focale est comprise entre 70 mm et 85 mm environ et que la distance de mise au point est supérieure à 5,5 m, le dispositif de stabilisation de l'image intégré à l'objectif peut dysfonctionner.
  
  Une solution de contournement consiste à couper la stabilisation lorsqu'on utilise une focale inférieure à 85 mm.
     
• Avec certains boîtiers, en cas de photographie au flash, il y a un temps de latence entre le moment où on appuie sur le déclencheur et celui où l'obturateur déclenche.

Excellent handling and performance make the Tamron 70-180mm f/2.8 Di III VXD lens an ideal telephoto zoom for Sony mirrorless cameras.

It might seem a very bold move to step outside the current paradigm and trim that 20mm off the focal length, but the advantages of doing so become immediately obvious when the lens is handled. It is lighter, more compact, the cost is appropriately fair and the optical quality is excellent throughout.

We can then add to that a unique and interesting close focus option in the MF range. There is huge potential in this and it may well be that the lens will be picked up by portrait photographers for this reason. However, it goes beyond that and the creative possibilities are there for all genres of photography.

Overall, in summary we have an excellent lens with some unique bonus properties as well, and another Editor's Choice for Tamron and the 70-180mm f/2.8 Di III VXD.

Once again Tamron have thought outside the box to create an amazingly compact, lightweight telephoto zoom that still delivers that all-important fast f/2.8 aperture throughout the range. It significantly undercuts its main competition in terms of both size and price, whilst still delivering the goods in performance and image quality.

Any so-called minus points are a direct consequence of Tamron's commendable decision to make their telephoto zoom lens both smaller and cheaper than their rivals. The most obvious elephant in the room is the brave move to cap the maximum telephoto reach at 180mm instead of the classic 200mm.

In practice you'd hardly notice the difference in terms of what the lens and camera actually records, whilst being able to appreciate the fact that the Tamron 70-180mm weighs in at a whopping 670g less than Sony's equivalent lens. It's so small that it even weighs less and is shorter than Sony's f/4 70-200mm lens!

Indeed, it's so light that all three Tamron f/2.8 lenses - the 17-28mm, 28-75mm and 70-180mm - weigh in at a collective 1820g, whilst using the same 67mm filter size to further cut down the photographer's costs.

Other design choices that some may tut at then follow on from the overall size of the lens. The 70-180mm does admittedly extend by an extra 30mm when set to the longest focal length. There's no built-in vibration compensation, with the lens relying on the camera body for 4-stops of CIPA-approved OIS. And there's no tripod mount collar either, with Tamron claiming that the lens is small and light enough simply not to need one, and pointing out that it's much easier to fit this lens into a camera bag without one attached.

There's also no focus limiter or AF/MF switch, with the only notable feature on the exterior of the Tamron 70-180mm lens being the addition of a Zoom Lock switch to prevent creep during transportation.

We'd argue that the biggest drawback to the Tamron 70-180mm is the fact that it is not compatible with teleconverters - the ability to shoot at longer focal lengths at f/4 (1.4x) or f/5.6 (2x) would have been very welcome.

The all-new auto-focusing system proved to be reliably quick and accurate on the Sony A7 III that we tested the lens with, especially when using AF-C mode for moving subjects, and it's also fully compatible with all of Sony's focusing modes. This lens doesn't have a built-in optical image stabilisation system, instead relying on Sony's in-camera system, which will be fine for everyone except those who own a first generation Alpha camera (which don't have built-in OIS).

In terms of that all-important image quality, the 70-180mm F/2.8 Di III VXD is a great performer that consistently delivers sharp images with lovely bokeh when shooting wide open at f/2.8 thanks to the 9-blade iris diaphragm. In the centre of the image it's bitingly sharp throughout all of the zoom and aperture range. Performance isn't quite as good at the edges of the frame, though, requiring you to stop down to f/5.6-f/8 to get the best sharpness.

Build quality is good rather than excellent. It's not quite at the same level as the metal construction of Tamron's SP lenses or the better Sony zooms, but the polycarbonate construction does at least ensure that the 70-180mm F/2.8 Di III VXD is very light. It's also usefully weather resistant too, with leak-resistant seals employed throughout the lens barrel.

Compared to its main rivals, the Tamron 70-180mm F/2.8 Di III VXD is a serious bargain - much cheaper than the Sony FE 70-200mm GM OSS and not too much more than the slower Sony FE 70-200mm f/4 G OSS lens.

Overall, unless you really, really need the extra 20mm reach of a "true" 70-200m zoom, the new Tamron 70-180mm F/2.8 Di III VXD is a truly unique lens that performs exceptionally well in almost every regard, and is therefore a deserved winner of our coveted Essential award.

The Tamron 70-180mm f2.8 Di III is a small and light telephoto zoom with a constant f2.8 aperture that’s designed for Sony’s E-mount mirrorless cameras. It produces very good image quality including a soft Bokeh and very usable close-up performance in a package that is much smaller, lighter, and cheaper than Sony’s FE 70-200mm f2.8 GM. It may not have all the bells and whistles of Sony’s professional zoom lens and its biggest disadvantage is the incompatibility with teleconverters. But it still is a compelling alternative to the Sony and clearly earns a recommendation!

While we have seen similar lenses from Canon, the Tamron 70-180mm f/2.8 Di III VXD is a refreshingly different approach to a fast tele zoom lens in Sony E-mount. With activated image auto-correction, it is capable of producing beautiful results. It's very sharp across the image frame in the lower to mid-range and at least the center sharpness is very impressive at 180mm. Image distortions are nicely corrected and there's just a tad of vignetting at f/2.8 in this case. Lateral CAs are also well controlled. Some flaws become obvious with deactivated auto-correction - namely high distortions and vignetting towards the long end but then few users are probably still using uncorrected images these days. The quality of the bokeh is typical for many lenses in this class. Out-of-focus highlights can be a bit busy and the foreground blur is not ideal. So when it comes to bokeh, primes lenses still rule the neighborhood. That being said - the Tamron lens is one of the very few lenses producing minimal bokeh fringing (LoCAs).

The build quality is on a very decent level. Typical for Tamron lenses, there's an emphasis on low weight rather than (supposedly) super-tough materials - they are using plastics except for the lens mount. That's not necessarily a bad thing though - also because it's a really precisely assembled lens with no wobbly parts even in a fully extended zoom position. Tamron implemented some sealing against moisture but there's no statement about dust protection. If you are expecting a dedicated tripod mount and some switches on the lens - don't. There's a transport lock but that's about it. The AF/MF has to be set on the camera and there's no image stabilizer. The Tamron is not a super-tele so the in-camera IS should usually be "good enough". Generally, we don't see any issue with these simplifications.

Overall it's awesome to see that such lenses can be relatively compact and light-weight - and affordable, too. Kudos to Tamron for providing such an interesting lens. Highly recommended!

Mon interprétation sur la nouvelle vidéo de Damien Bernal dans sa comparaison avec le nouveau 70-200 f/2,8 Sony :
Si tu n’as pas besoin d’une rafale à 30is et que tu peux te contenter de 15  , si tu as un logiciel qui corrige les AC, si tu n’as pas l’usage d’un télé-convertisseur, si tu acceptes un rendu à peine inférieur,…, si tu veux porter 200 grammes de moins, avoir un meilleur grossissement en proxi et payer presque trois fois moins cher; alors le Tamron n’est peut-être pas à négliger ? 🤗
