Help! besoin d'une traduction en anglais

Je suis en négociation avec un anglais pour l'achat de matériels photos d'occazs. Je dois lui envoyer un mail, mais mon anglais est plus que limité. Si quelqu'un pouvait m'aider à traduire le petit texte ci-dessous, cela m'arrangerait beaucoup.

We've noted that we do have to go and collect the equipment between Feb 27th and March 02nd.
